
About Us
The Detroit Youth Sports Commission (DYSC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is
responsible for the management of the William Clay Ford Field and The UAW Ford Field @
Balduck, both community ballparks located in the City of Detroit.
As the premier youth baseball facilities in the city of Detroit, William Clay Ford Field and the UAW-Ford Field @ Balduck Park provide youth age 4 – 14 years old with championship-caliber amenities. The fields feature infield turf, walk-out dugouts, bullpens, electronic scoreboards, batting cages, restrooms, bleachers, and a press box with a public address system.

MISSION
Through collaboration, the Detroit Youth Sports Commission seeks to build; enhance;
and develop youth in the city of Detroit, using sports as a platform, without regard of
race; gender; or economic status.
